Senior Wastewater Operations Leader

South West Water Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Wastewater teams across Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will operate and maintain sewage treatment works, pumping stations and sludge facilities, ensuring compliance with permits, safety standards and serviceability targets.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, oversee budgets, and drive improvements in environmental performance and customer experience while leading a high-performing, engaged workforce.
