Solicitor or Associate – Commercial Property-Somerset-Hybrid

You will manage your own caseload, handle acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience
• Experience at Associate or Senior Associate level preferred
• Agricultural sector experience advantageous but not essential
