Senior Veterinary Nurse & Clinic Leader

Virginia Water Vets invites applications for a Head Veterinary Nurse who will provide senior clinical leadership, set nursing standards and drive quality improvements. You will help shape culture and performance while managing a busy small animal practice in Virginia Water.

The role offers a 40-hour week with 4/5-day rota and Saturdays on a 1:4 basis, with TOIL. The ideal candidate is an RVN with passion for coaching and developing others, plus strong communication and organisational skills.
