Part-Time HRBP – On-Site 3 Days/Week, Multi-Site

G’s Group is seeking an experienced part-time HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple sites. You will provide expert HR advice, and help deliver efficient people operations, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and change initiatives.

You will build strong manager partnerships, coach leaders on policy and practice, and drive people strategy while ensuring HR processes remain compliant and consistent throughout the business.
