Job Description:
eNL is seeking a Construction Solicitor with at least four years’ PQE for a full-time role in Hertfordshire. You will advise on construction contracts, disputes and risk management for developers, contractors, owners, consultants and insurers.
The role covers both contentious and non-contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC), adjudication and litigation, and mentoring junior lawyers within a supportive team.
