Senior Corporate Governance Lead – UK & US

Haleon is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to own and lead governance, reporting and disclosure for UK and US-listed entities. The role requires strong technical judgement, effective stakeholder engagement and a continuous improvement mindset.

You will drive scoping, analysis and recommendations, coordinate senior stakeholders and advisers, and ensure timely, compliant delivery from planning through to publication or filing.
