Post-16 Student Services Lead – Wellbeing & Pathways

Leigh Academies Trust operates Leigh Academy Blackheath LAB16 sixth-form and is seeking a Student Services Manager (Post 16) to champion welfare, drive attendance and provide pastoral support for IB students and beyond.

You will lead 1:1 check-ins, coordinate safeguarding, monitor wellbeing, and manage Post-16 admissions, bursaries, inductions, and referrals within LAB16’s fast-paced, collaborative environment.
