Head of National Security Operations Centre

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of the National Operations Centre to lead all security operations in Ipswich, reporting to the Director of Security, Risk and Resilience UK&I. You will manage financial, people and process aspects of the NOC, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

You will develop and implement fit-for-purpose strategies, oversee security systems, and provide critical incident guidance while keeping teams motivated and ensuring high client satisfaction.
