Responsibilities
- Manage caseload from enquiry through to settlement
- Conduct initial consultations and advise clients
- Draft key legal documents
- Analyse medical records and expert evidence
- Negotiate outcomes and progress files efficiently
- Maintain organized, compliant case files
- Collaborate with team and supervisors to ensure service quality
Key requirements
- 1–2 years PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong client care and ability to support emotionally sensitive clients
