Store Branch Manager — Flexible Hours & Career Growth

Screwfix Direct is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy store. The role offers a minimum of 30 hours across 4/5 days and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving strong store results, and shaping the store’s character.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, P&L, merchandising and stock, and support your area’s KPIs as part of a wider team of Branch Managers. Training and development opportunities are provided.
