Desalination Plant Process Shift Operator

Thames Water is seeking a Process Shift Technician for Thames Gateway WTW on a permanent basis. You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor SCADA, and ensure safe, compliant plant performance.

The role requires hands-on water treatment experience, shift flexibility, and a full UK driver’s licence. You’ll coordinate with maintenance and contractors, manage safety checks, and contribute to ensuring wholesome water.
