Senior DevOps Engineer – Trading & Supply

In this Senior DevOps role, you will support mission-critical trading environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve operations and reliability in global derivatives platforms. You will tackle complex incidents, drive improvements, and contribute to compliant, scalable trading tech. Responsibilities

• Proactively manage end-to-end workflows to boost stability and resilience
• Troubleshoot issues across development, support, and business stakeholders
• Act as SME for trading systems initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on support for scalable algorithmic trading tech within a compliant framework
• Drive technical debt reduction and deliver robust, maintainable solutions
• Participate in global on-call rotation for incident response and continuity

Key requirements

• 8+ years in Commodity Trading & Capital Markets/Investment Banking
• Strong knowledge of major global futures exchanges and derivatives lifecycle
• Proven track record in application deployment and Front Office support
• 8+ years with real-time market data distribution platforms and feedhandlers
• Knowledge of time-series analytics frameworks such as kdb or Shakti
• Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, C#, SQL or similar)
• 8+ years of FIX engineering experience and certification processes
• Familiarity with EMS/OMS software like TT, Bloomberg, NYFIX or TradingScreen
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining continuous trading operations under pressure
