Production Supervisor

Overview

In this role you lead daily manufacturing activities in a defined area, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You partner with support teams to resolve issues and meet targets, guided by Eaton’s continuous improvement framework. You will champion 5S, visual management, and CI activities to realize the plant’s future state. You’ll develop teams, oversee audits, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable production and safe operations. This is a hands-on leadership position in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations in a defined area to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production
• Lead production meetings and material review boards to meet safety, quality, labor, production, and customer targets
• Own and deploy production leading indicators and quality metrics (QLI) across the area
• Drive continuous improvement activities and kaizens to meet plant state objectives
• Champion 5S, visual management, and CI tools (VSM, 3P, TPM, 5S)
• Develop and execute training plans; coach and recognize team members
• Coordinate with support functions to realize product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Plan overtime, time and attendance (Kronos), holidays, sickness, and return-to-work processes; manage disciplinary and sickness policies
• Support internal and external audits; lead audit activities within the production area

Key requirements

• Minimum Level 3
• Good understanding of Eaton systems preferable
• Front Line Leader or people management (Preferred)
• First aid training (preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
