FREED FROM is bringing the world’s best non-alcoholic drinks to the UK and Europe. We’ve considered over 9,000 drinks from around the world, grading them to build what we believe is the most extensive selection of expertly curated non-alcoholic drinks in the industry.
Alongside the Collection, we’ve created The Liquid Edit: a presentation box of non-alcoholic spirits and elixirs in 100ml and 250ml formats, for hotel minibars and premium retail.
We’re building out our sales team – multiple roles available, covering different territories and channels.

THE FREED FROM GROUP is on a mission to discover, grade, select and deliver the world’s best non-alcoholic drinks to customers across the UK and Europe. To build our range, we’ve considered over 9,000 non-alcoholic drinks from around the world, in what we believe is the largest curation effort the non-alc world has seen. Every product we distribute has passed through our independent scoring standard, Made The Grade, judged by an independent panel of Europe’s leading sommeliers and mixologists. The Freed From Collection represents 43 producers and 153 non-alcoholic drinks. We have also created The Liquid Edit – a presentation box of non-alcoholic spirits and elixirs in 100ml and 250ml formats – for hotel mini bars and retailers.
The Role:
We’re hiring multiple Trade Sales Managers with strong connections across high end UK hospitality, including 5* hotels, top restaurants, and premium retailers. The job involves introducing our wider non-alcoholic drinks Collection, alongside the award-winning Liquid Edit – our curation of non-alcoholic spirits and elixirs in 100ml and 250ml formats, in beautiful presentation boxes. You’ll be out prospecting, running sales meetings, negotiating deals, and building real relationships with trade partners. You’ll also track performance, report back, work with our marketing team on launches and events, and represent FREED FROM at trade shows and tastings.

Who you are:
- You bring an in-depth understanding of premium UK hospitality, with an established network and credibility across five-star hotels, fine dining and premium retail.
- You have a proven track record of winning and growing new accounts.
- You’re confident negotiating, presenting and building trusted relationships with partners.
- You have a genuine interest in wellbeing and the alcohol-free movement.
- You’re comfortable using AI tools for prospecting, research and more efficient CRM management.
- You’re confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- You’re available to start immediately.
