Castle Trust Bank is seeking a commercially minded Product Proposition Manager to shape the Property product proposition and lead cross‑functional workstreams across Commercial, Treasury, Data, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Project and IT teams. You will leverage market insight and performance analytics to drive growth and strong customer outcomes.
The role is hybrid, based in London or Basingstoke, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote, plus occasional travel between offices.
