Reward & Benefits Manager

Salary: c. £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Location: Midlands / Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to lead the delivery of reward, remuneration and benefits programmes across a complex organisation. Reporting to the Head of People Services, this role will play a key part in ensuring reward strategies support business performance, talent attraction and retention, and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus schemes and benchmarking.
• Provide expert reward and benefits advice to senior stakeholders.
• Manage reward governance, pay reporting and compliance activities.
• Oversee pensions and employee benefits programmes.
• Deliver reward analytics and market insights to support business decisions.
• Manage external providers, including benefits platforms and insurers.
• Support organisational change projects, acquisitions and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, systems and policies.

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

• Significant experience within reward and benefits in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, benchmarking and reward governance.
• Experience managing executive and employee reward programmes.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence and advise senior leaders with credibility and confidence.
• Strong understanding of UK reward legislation and compliance requirements.
