Due to continued growth, a well-established and highly respected RBCA is looking to appoint a Regional Manager to lead an experienced Building Control team across the East Midlands region.
This is definitely a role for someone who enjoys the technical side of Building Control but also wants to play a bigger role in mentoring staff, developing clients, and helping drive the success of the business.

You’ll be responsible for providing both technical and commercial leadership, supporting a team of Registered Building Inspectors while working closely with senior management to drive performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and business growth.

You’ll ideally be:
- RBI registered at Class 2D or above
- Experienced in leading, mentoring, or managing a team
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Confident building relationships with clients and colleagues alike
