In this role you join a respected regional law firm to handle a varied portfolio of commercial property disputes. You will support clients across Taunton or Yeovil, contributing to a growing Property Litigation team and shaping outcomes for landlords and tenants. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes
• Advise on lease disputes, breaches, renewals, rent arrears and forfeiture
• Handle dilapidations, breach of covenant and related claims
• Work on landlord and tenant disputes
• Address easements, rights of way, adverse possession, boundary and party wall issues
• Tackle farming partnership disputes and related ownership matters

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with circa 4+ PQE in Commercial Property Litigation
• Strong technical expertise across contentious property matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
