Chief of Staff to CCO & CEO, Americas (12‑month FTC)

Lloyd’s is seeking a maternity cover starting January 2027 for a 12‑month FTC to serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / CEO Lloyd’s Americas. In this role, you will help shape and drive the Commercial agenda at the heart of the Lloyd’s Insurance Market.

You’ll partner with the CCO, lead high‑profile strategic initiatives, coordinate governance and planning, and prepare materials for Executive and Council discussions, influencing decision‑making across the global market.
