Director of Integrated Urgent Care Operations

NEMS CBS in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead the Integrated Urgent Care Services (IUCS) across NEMS, ensuring delivery of performance targets, standards, safety, quality and budget.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day delivery, drive improvement plans, collaborate with clinical teams, and lead capacity and demand assessments to inform future requirements.
