People Operations Pro — 12-Month Contract

Rebellion is looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our People & Talent Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Oxford. You will own HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, contracts and documentation while guiding managers through UK employment policies.

In this hands-on role you will support onboarding, lifecycle reporting, and data requirements, maintaining confidentiality and a proactive employee experience in a creative studio setting.
