VP Operations | Post-Acquisition Execution Leader

OneDome is seeking a VP of Operations based in London to industrialise execution across post-acquisition platforms, drive up completion rates, and align cross-functional teams with a clear operating cadence.

You will build the operating model, own end-to-end completion performance, manage partner operations at scale, and partner with Product/Tech/Data to de-risk operations while maintaining risk controls and a culture of pace and accountability.
