Director, V&A Product

Overview

In this role you will own the strategy, delivery and evolution of internally built V&A products that enable Valuations & Advisory teams and clients to work faster and more insightfully. You will lead a product team and partner across TDS, the V&A Business, and delivery orgs to transform real estate operations into scalable digital products. The role focuses on AI-enabled innovation, data-driven decision making, and secure, adoption-driven platforms that improve client outcomes. You will shape long-term roadmaps and ensure value realization at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap and success metrics for V&A platforms
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade tools
• Drive AI-enabled innovation with Engineering, Data, and BI teams
• Manage vendor relationships and align with contract and security standards
• Translate business needs into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with internal and third-party teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Oversee governance, SDLC adherence, security and data privacy
• Communicate roadmap progress and risks to executives

Key requirements

• 8+ years of product management or ownership experience
• Experience delivering internal and client-facing tech products in real estate or similar environments
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, data, and BI teams
• Experience managing vendors and technology delivery partners
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
