Senior Manager , Strategic Advisory (Execution)

Overview

In this role you lead major supply chain strategy workstreams within execution-focused engagements, shaping problem framing and solution design. You act as the primary day-to-day client contact and help translate strategic objectives into concrete analyses and roadmaps. You collaborate with Strategy Advisors to co-develop operating models and transformation plans, and you drive critical design decisions and executive storytelling. You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to proposals, and elevate engagement quality through thought leadership. Responsibilities

• Own and lead major workstreams of supply chain strategy and advisory engagement on Execution accounts
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into structured analyses, hypotheses, and deliverables
• Co-develop client strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps alongside Strategy Advisors
• Drive problem-solving sessions and internal alignment on key design decisions
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for defined areas of the engagement
• Support executive-level storytelling, including synthesis of insights and implications
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and estimation activities
• Lead internal capability building, asset development, and mentoring efforts

Key requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
• Proven experience of delivering successful warehouse execution solutions to our customers
• Demonstrated success working directly with senior client stakeholders
• Strong track record of producing executive-ready strategy deliverables
• Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior consultants
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions
