Customer Operations Leader — Scale & Delight Customers

Herbert Parkinson, part of the John Lewis Partnership, is seeking to transform and optimise its multi-channel customer operations. You will own the end-to-end journey from enquiry to fulfillment and post-sale support, leading teams to deliver exceptional service and scalable processes.

The role is permanent and based in Darwen, with a 38.75-hour week and a night premium for hours 22:00–06:00. Strong KPI discipline and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
