Job Description:
International Bank seeks a Legal Counsel (Qualified Solicitor) to join its Lending & Finance team in Corporate Banking. You will advise on transactional work, lending, and related regulatory issues across the branch, with heavy involvement in investment grade lending, trade finance, and project finance.
