Construction & M&E Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham

PPM Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a construction or M&E background. You will drive recruitment across permanent and temporary roles, develop client relationships, and source suitable candidates while meeting activity and revenue targets.

The role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong admin and negotiation skills, comfortable in a busy office environment with core hours 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
