In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to MioCare, guiding its continued development within Oldham’s care ecosystem. You will ensure quality, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability while innovating in prevention, reablement and personalised support. You will drive service transformation, digital development and stronger partnerships to maximise impact and value for people using care and their communities. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across MioCare

• Develop new approaches to prevention, reablement and personalised support
• Lead service transformation and digital development
• Strengthen partnerships and empower the workforce
• Drive innovation and improvements across the organisation
• Work with the MioCare Board and Shareholder Steering Committee to shape strategy
