Finishing Manager’s – Residential Developer – Berkshire

Overview

In this role you will oversee the finishing stages of luxury residential developments in Berkshire, working closely with the Senior Site/Project Manager to drive projects from core to handover. You will focus on delivering high-quality interiors for luxury houses and apartments, coordinating snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes. The position offers freelance or permanent engagement with a renowned residential developer, emphasizing precision, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• drive finishing stages from core to handover
• coordinate snagging and de-snags
• manage internal finishing on high-end residential schemes
• work under Senior Site/Project Manager
• ensure handover readiness and CMLs
• contribute to delivery of luxury apartments and houses

Key requirements

• experience with a developer or main contractor on all internal finishes for high-end residential projects
• proven track record in luxury high-finish interiors
• experience with core to 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion
• valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• trade background preferred
