Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is currently working with a leading manufacturer to appoint a proactive Customer Service Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will handle daily orders from UK and global customers.
You will book couriers, issue invoices, use a CRM system, and coordinate returns and credits while tracking deliveries and resolving stock queries. Opportunities exist to grow into account management.
