Responsibilities

• Identify unit demand and supply capacity for procurement
• Procure materials for rail sub-lines, bridges, lifts, and platforms
• Manage the full buyer cycle including subcontractor procurement
• Oversee supply chain performance and relationships
• Collaborate with stakeholders across pre-construction, work-winning, and production
• Prepare and manage sub-contracts for rail projects
