• Manage an own caseload involving complex civil and commercial litigation with limited supervision
• Develop and nurture business through networking and local referral sources
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills in dispute resolution
• Collaborate with colleagues to support case strategy and teamwork
• Contribute to flexible working arrangements and potentially remote or hybrid work models

• 2+ years PQE
• Excellent client care skills
