Responsibilities

• Provide management accounting insight to support decision-making during growth
• Take ownership in a busy, changing environment and meet reporting deadlines
• Collaborate with an ambitious finance team to understand performance and inform strategy
• Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders
• Support ongoing expansion and acquisition-related accounting
• Prioritise tasks effectively in high-pressure periods

Key requirements

• Part-qualified, qualified or working towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Strong management accounting experience
• Experience working at pace in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay effective under pressure
• Proactive, with ownership mindset
• UK finance experience and unrestricted right to work in the UK
