Responsibilities

• Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts
• Administering NEC contracts and supporting change control
• Monitoring commercial risks and identifying opportunities
• Providing commercial advice to clients and stakeholders
• Preparing cost reports and financial updates
• Supporting procurement, tender evaluation and contract administration
• Coordinating with project teams across multiple UK locations

Key requirements

• Strong NEC contract experience
• Background in quantity surveying or commercial management
• Experience working on building projects
• Healthcare-sector experience, ideally
