Partner – Valuations Advisory (Healthcare)

Overview

As Partner, you will lead the Healthcare valuations and advisory practice, shaping strategy and directing complex valuations for healthcare properties. You’ll work with a capable leadership team to develop capabilities and deliver high-quality, client-focused advice. The role blends hands-on inspection work with strategic oversight, driving growth and maintaining excellent relationships with blue-chip clients. This is a people-centric opportunity to influence a growing, evolving property consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Healthcare valuations and advisory practice
• Perform inspections, measurements and complex valuations for healthcare properties
• Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and manage staff; mentor and lead team members
• Coordinate assignments and projects, independently or with colleagues

Key requirements

• Chartered Surveyor
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Degree educated or above
• Extensive valuation experience in healthcare, commercial and/or residential property
• Experience working with blue-chip clients on large-scale transactions
• Led a valuations team; previously with a respected property consultancy
• Knowledge of industry software
• Strong verbal and written English, numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
