Chanel is seeking a senior, 18-month assignment to lead the Global Finance Academy initiatives. You will translate priority finance capabilities into scalable learning experiences, drive cross-functional collaboration, and oversee end-to-end programme implementation across global teams.
Responsibilities include building internal faculty, partnering with P&O and external experts, and measuring impact to continually improve the Academy offering.
