Employee Relations Coordinator — Drive People Impact

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to deliver proactive ER support across our growing national business. You’ll manage a varied ER caseload, offer practical advice to Centre and Area Managers, and help embed new ways of working as our ER function evolves.

You’ll collaborate with People Partners, create clear documentation, and help shape guidance resources while upholding policies and employment law. The role is based at Hemel Support Office.
