Hybrid Functional Assessor | Impactful Health Assessments

Advo Health, part of the Ascenti Group, is hiring a Functional Assessor in a hybrid role. You will combine in-centre sessions up to 3 days per week with remote work for the remainder, delivering consultations and reporting on how health affects daily living.

You must be a registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post-registration experience and full registration with NMC/HCPC/GPhC. IT skills and strong clinical judgement are essential for accurate, evidence-based reports.
