Board Governance & Meetings Coordinator

The Maine Group is recruiting a Governance Officer for an independent charity in London. The role offers hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum two days per week in the London office, and a 37.5 hour week.

You will report to the Head of Governance and support the board, its committees and a subsidiary, servicing at least one committee, coordinating meeting cycles, papers, minutes and actions to ensure effective governance.
