Senior Paid Media Manager – Racing Partnerships

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Executive, Paid Media to maximise reach, engagement and commercial return for partner activations. You will lead planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across paid social, programmatic and first‑party data, collaborating with Digital, Marketing and Commercial teams.

Fixed-term through 31 December 2027, based at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking (UK). Attendance at least three days per week is required; some travel and occasional unsocial hours
