Hybrid Early Careers & Lateral Talent Manager (15-Month)

Harvey Legal Search is assisting a US law firm to hire an Early Talent Manager on a 15-month contract with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The salary for this role is £80,000 – £90,000.

You will be managing the hiring process for Trainees, Summer Associates and Open Day Students, developing relationships with universities and taking the lead on university law fairs across the UK.
