Strategic Finance & Operations Director – Arts & Culture

Theatr Clwyd in Wales seeks a Director of Finance & Operations to join the Senior Leadership Team. This role carries senior responsibility for financial and operational strategy across the theatre, its venues and charitable entities, in support of the CEO and trustees.

You will oversee finance, operations, IT and facilities, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure sustainability, excellent customer service and high standards of governance.
