Responsibilities
- Shape long-term financial and investment strategy in collaboration with senior leadership

Key requirements
- Senior finance leadership experience in real estate investment, investment management, property development, infrastructure, banking, or similar capital-intensive environments
- Experience working with institutional investors and complex stakeholder groups
- Expertise in investment appraisal, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
- Experience overseeing joint ventures and partnership structures
- Strong commercial acumen with complex contractual arrangements and governance
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management
