Responsibilities

• Own and manage a caseload of high-value construction disputes
• Advise on procurement challenges and distressed infrastructure projects
• Work on JCT and NEC disputes, adjudications, and full litigation cycles
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm
• Deliver practical, client-focused advice in a fast-moving environment
• Contribute to business development and market-facing activities

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in contentious construction
• Strong construction litigation background
• Experience with JCT and NEC disputes
• Ability to manage own caseload and work with partners
