Lead a Brand-New Children’s Home as Registered Manager

Not For Profit People is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new two-bed children’s residential home in Milton Keynes. The role will shape the service from inception, developing culture and building a high-performing team committed to outstanding outcomes for young people.

Openings are planned for early 2027; you will work closely with senior leadership to open the home, implement high-quality care practices, oversee safeguarding and risk management, and drive continuous improvement
