Student Residence Concierge & Reception (Part-Time)

Homes for Students in Birmingham is seeking a Residence Services Assistant to work 24 hours per week (9.00am–5.30pm, Monday to Wednesday). You will deliver a cheerful reception, handle enquiries, and support back-office operations to ensure a smooth experience for students and visitors.

You will respond to inquiries via email, website, phone and in person, provide accurate information, and assist the operations team and the General Manager.
