Lead Quantity Surveyor – EPC Commercial Lead

Linxon in Glasgow, Scotland seeks a Lead Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost control, contract administration and commercial management on EPC projects.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, MRICS/CIOB preferred, and proven experience on large-scale EPC/NEC4 contracts. You will lead pre- and post-contract activities, manage risk, cash flow and commercial reporting.
