Part-Time Vet Practice Leader: People & Operations

Clevedon Vets for Pets is seeking a part-time Practice Manager (20 hours per week) to lead the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy veterinary environment.

You will inspire colleagues, implement HR policies, recruit and develop staff, and work with the business development partner to drive performance and profitability. Previous veterinary experience is not essential, but strong leadership and organisational skills are valued.
