Operations Leader 5-Star Hotel & Guest Experience

Harbour Hotels in Guildford is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction and maximise commercial performance.

You will partner with the General Manager, mentor teams across departments and uphold the brand’s luxury standards in a 5-star environment. Previous experience in premium hospitality is desirable.
