Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution, Vice President

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs within Citi’s internal consulting team, driving process transformation and operational improvements. You partner with senior stakeholders to align on scope and deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to PM practices. You act as a change catalyst, identifying improvement opportunities and guiding teams through complex, matrixed environments. You will collaborate across technology, business, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes and build reusable knowledge capital. This is a visible, impact-focused role at the heart of Citi’s business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs and workstreams
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, target states, and program plans
• Collaborate with Technology teams to translate business requirements into solution design and testing
• Lead cross-functional teams in a complex global matrix with coaching for junior staff
• Provide objective review of deliverables and maintain clear, impactful communications for sponsors
• Act as a change catalyst to identify improvements and demonstrate value to stakeholders
• Build relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure alignment, scope management, and governance
• Develop reusable intellectual capital and contribute content to the team’s knowledge base

Key requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting and financial services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations)
• Experience delivering operating model and process transformation in complex financial services environments
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to lead in a matrix, global environment and influence diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
